Florida-Based Burger Chain to Open Three Vintage Car-Themed Locations

Last Updated: October 1, 2025By

Ford’s Garage—Florida’s iconic vintage-car themed burger and craft beer restaurant chain—is rolling into Houston with a major expansion, confirming a franchise deal to open three full-service locations in the metro area over the next several years.

The fast-growing brand, recognized for transporting guests back to a 1920s service-station with Ford-licensed decor, already boasts more than two dozen locations across states like Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Texas.

Baryalay Razi, a Houston entrepreneur known for his involvement in hospitality and franchise operations, will lead development of these new Houston stores, marking Ford’s Garage’s official entry into the Bayou City and greater Texas market.

The restaurant is more than just a burger joint—it’s an immersive nostalgia experience, complete with real classic cars, car parts hanging from the ceiling, servers in mechanic uniforms, and a menu featuring “burgers of fame,” loaded mac and cheese, comfort food classics, tower onion rings, and an extensive craft beer list.

The company leverages an official branding partnership with Ford Motor Company, setting itself apart in a crowded market and attracting both car buffs and families. Ford’s Garage restaurants are known for community engagement, fun, and a multi-daypart menu offering brunch, lunch, dinner, and happy hour, all serviced in a vibrant, Instagram-worthy setting.

Houston’s first Ford’s Garage locations are expected to be developed over the next several years, as part of a multi-unit franchise agreement. These openings are just a portion of the chain’s nationwide growth strategy, which will see six new locations—including others in Florida, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky—open by the end of 2025.

The restaurant industry’s projected growth and Houston’s robust food scene make the city an ideal market for Ford’s Garage, whose leadership team is committed to franchisee support, community involvement, and maintaining brand integrity as they expand. For Houstonians, the arrival of Ford’s Garage signals not just new dining options, but an opportunity to indulge in American car culture—right alongside burgers, beer, and family fun.
